My team and I are qualified or currently in training as substance use practitioners and work within the legal framework of NZ. Ibogaine was gazetted as a non-approved prescription medicine in November 2009. We have created a process that is supported by existing health care professionals and focusses on individual needs and harm minimization. We work under the Code of Ethics of the Drug Practitioners of Aotearoa/NZ. I am also a board member on the Global Ibogaine Therapy Alliance, GITA.”
